Order Processing
- Orders placed by 1:00 pm Pacific Time on business days usually ship the same day. Otherwise, they ship the next business day.
- Processing times may extend during peak periods or due to carrier disruptions.
- You'll receive an email with tracking when your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timing (U.S.)
- Standard: typically 1–5 business days
- Expedited: typically 1–3 business days
- Overnight: typically 1 business day
Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, address issues, and carrier delays.
Free Shipping (U.S.)
Orders shipping within the continental U.S. (lower 48) that total $100 or more qualify for free Standard shipping.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO via USPS. Expedited/Overnight options may be unavailable to these addresses.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note the following:
- Buyer responsibility: You must confirm your local laws, import restrictions, and any documentation required by your customs authority before purchasing.
- Documentation requests: If your country requires specific certificates or forms, email [email protected] before you order. If we cannot provide the required documents, please do not place an order.
- Duties/taxes: Orders ship DDU (duties & taxes unpaid). All customs duties, taxes, and fees are paid by the recipient.
- International returns: You may return an item within 90 days even if opened/used. Refunds cover the product price after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping, duties, taxes, and return shipping are non-refundable.
- If a package is returned to us by customs/carrier: We refund the product cost only once received and inspected. Original shipping and any return shipping or customs charges are non-refundable.
- If a package is not returned to us: No refund can be issued (e.g., refused, abandoned, seized, or destroyed by customs).
- Delays: Customs processing may extend delivery times and is outside our control.
Address Changes
Contact us as soon as possible to modify an address before shipment. After dispatch, changes aren't guaranteed and depend on the carrier.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we can reship at your expense or issue a refund minus outbound and return shipping once received.
Lost or Damaged Items
We want to make things right if something goes wrong with your order:
- Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.
- Lost in transit: Contact us within 30 days of the ship date if tracking shows no movement or the carrier declares a loss. We'll work with the carrier and get you taken care of.
90-Day "Try It" Guarantee
Try it, and if you don't love it, return it within 90 days for a full product refund. Opened or used items are eligible—no restocking fees.
- RMA required: Email [email protected] with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization and instructions.
- Condition: Please include original packaging/components when possible. We cannot refund items that are missing or not returned.
- Shipping costs: Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is customer-paid unless we made an error or the product is defective.
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Exclusions: Final-sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
Changed your mind or need a different product? No problem! We're happy to do exchanges within 90 days of purchase.
- How it works: Email [email protected] with your order number and let us know what you'd like instead. We'll send you return instructions.
- Price differences: If your new item costs more, we'll charge the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
- Shipping: You cover return shipping; we cover shipping the new item to you.
- Condition: Items should be in resellable condition when possible, but opened/used products are still eligible.
Backorders & Split Shipments
If an item is backordered, we'll ship the in-stock items first and the backordered item when it becomes available at no extra shipping charge. You may cancel a backordered item any time before it ships.
Gifts, Bundles & Promotions
If your purchase included a gift with purchase, bundled item, or promotional item, it must be returned with the main item to receive a full refund. If not returned, the value of the missing item may be deducted from the refund.

Additional Policies
Delivery Confirmation
Carrier delivery scans are considered proof of delivery. Signature confirmation may be available at checkout for an additional cost. If you need a signature on delivery and don't see the option, please contact us before placing your order. If porch theft is a concern, we recommend selecting signature confirmation.
Order Limits
We may limit quantities per order, household, or account, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Fraud Prevention
Orders may be held for manual review to verify identity, address, or payment details. We may cancel any order we suspect is fraudulent or unauthorized.
Price & Availability Errors
We work hard to be accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors and to cancel orders that result from such errors, even after an order is submitted. If your order is canceled, we will promptly refund any charges.
Export Compliance
We comply with all applicable export and sanctions laws. We cannot ship to embargoed destinations or to parties on restricted lists. We declare contents and value accurately and cannot mark orders as "g
