What is the recommended dosage for this supplement?
While there is no Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of MSM, effective amounts of MSM range from 1.5 to 6 grams.
We suggest taking 4 grams ( 1 teaspoon) of MSM per 100 pounds of your body weight. You will consume this amount twice a day, dissolved in water or juice if taking the supplement orally. You may take MSM with or between meals.
Do Any Drugs or Supplements Interact with MSM?
Fortunately, there are no listed drug interactions for MSM, but if you are currently taking any medication, we always suggest consulting with your physician first.
How Should I Store MSM?
To keep your MSM as fresh as possible, we recommend it be stored in a dry, relatively cool or room temperature setting.
