- 8 c. small cauliflower florets, stems trimmed
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- On large baking sheet, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, turmeric and salt.
- Roast in 475°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until browned and tender. Serve immediately and enjoy.
